From actual chicken eggs to ostrich eggs, plastic eggs, wooden eggs, paper cut out eggs, even egg-shaped rocks, balloons, or sculptures – if it’s got that iconic oval curve (and it’s 12”x 12” or smaller), we want to see it!\nUnleash Your Inner Egg-spert: Let your imagination run wild! Transform your egg-shaped item into a masterpiece using any materials you desire including: Paint & Markers, Glitter & Gems, Fabric & Yarn, Recycled Materials, Sculpting Clay & Found Objects\n\nHow to Participate: Decorate – Get cracking on your egg-shaped creations! *Remember to be creative!Enter – Bring your decorated egg-shaped art to Visit Stillwater, 2617 W 6th Ave, between April 2 & April 15, Mon-Fri 8a-5p. *Be sure to leave your name, phone #, and category you are entering on or with your entry. Please leave/provide any display stand if necessary.\n\nWhy Participate: Prizes to Hatch! We’ll have trophies and other prizes to win. AND for bragging rights as an ULTIMATE EGG ARTIST!\nTHE CONTEST: All entries will be on display at the Downtown Stillwater Association booth at the 2025 Stillwater Arts Festival Friday, April 18th 12p-8p & Saturday, April 19th 9a-6p.\nBooth visitors will vote for their favorite ‘egg(s)’ by placing money in its designated jar. Each cent counts as one vote, and the ‘egg’ with the most votes (money) win!\nOne winner will be selected from each of the three categories.\nThe categories are:14 & under | 15 & up | Business/CorpWinners will be announced via the Downtown Stillwater’s social media after the end of the Stillwater Arts Festival and directly contacted by a Downtown Stillwater Assoc. member.\nAll entries and prizes can be picked up at the Stillwater News Press, 502 S Duck, Mon-Fri 9a-5p from April 21st-April 30th.*All winners will be photographed with prizes & entry. Photos will be used on Downtown Stillwater social media and published in the Stillwater News Press.\nALL ‘VOTES’ COLLECTED will be donated to the Stillwater Arts Council to support their ongoing efforts in keeping the arts alive in Stillwater!\n
