DESCRIPTION:\nLets decorate Downtown Stillwater for Fall!\n\nFamily friendly contest that allows scarecrows to take over Downtown Stillwater during the Fall season. Scarecrows will be decorating downtown light posts Saturday, October 4th – Saturday, October 25. Come enjoy the scarecrows!\n*Secret judges will conduct voting on October 5th with one winner in each of 4 categories (traditional, fantastical, business, and kids) announced later in October.\nTo register:\nAnyone can enter (business, group, or individual) in one of 4 categories: traditional, fantastical, business, and kids. All entries must be received no later than Sunday, September 21, 2025 at 11:59p. The official entry form must be received along with a $25 entry fee by the deadline to participate.
