A county-wide Shop • Visit • Win promotion designed to bring customers into local businesses all summer long—while supporting the growth of our entire community.

HOW IT WORKS

Customers pick up a Passport and visit participating businesses throughout Payne County to collect stamps. Completed passports are entered to win prizes—encouraging repeat visits, longer stays, and more spending locally.
